1. Operator

These terms govern your use of x402-cfo, operated by Tiguri GmbH, Riesbachstrasse 61, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland.

2. The npm package (Free Tier)

x402-cfo is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely under those terms.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL TIGURI GMBH BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

3. Paid tiers (coming soon)

Pro and Scale dashboard features are not yet available. When launched, separate subscription terms will apply. Pricing shown on the website is indicative and subject to change before launch.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for configuring budgets, policies, and wallet credentials.
x402-cfo assists with payment decisions but does not guarantee prevention of all unauthorised spending.
You must comply with all applicable laws when using x402 payments.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Tiguri GmbH's total liability for any claim related to x402-cfo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or CHF 0 for the free tier).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the repository.
